That story blames the slowdown of residential solar going on the grid in Colorado entirely on the higher interest rates.

The PV panels are a small part of the installation cost. The tariffs are not causing any problems and are in fact increasing decarbonization rates by allowing more people in emerging economies to install solar while installations in the USA are still increasing exponentially.

The people bashing the IRA tariffs are just Biden/Harris haters.
