Many people seem to be easily fooled by the Chinese greenwashing PR, but they're not doing any better than is the USA towards decarbonizing their economy.

Hopefully, we'll get in a race to see who can truly operated carbon-free the fastest.

China is definitely bigger, plus their lax environmental and labor policies mean that they are also able to produce the products at lower costs.

I support Biden's efforts to protect American workers with tariffs on Chinese EVs, batteries and solar equipment because I think that Americans are wealthy enough to not have to support that kind of behavior.

Plus, people in emerging economies will be able to get the clean tech cheaper if not competing against U.S. too.

In good climate news, of which there could be some dissent, Norway has curtailed their big project to produce so-called Blue Hydrogen.

I hope that a lot of clean energy investment money hasn't been lost towards it.
