Considering how much of their territory Ukrainians have been able to deoccupy over the last year, I too worry about how soon it could happen. I hope though that the Ukrainians find the resolve to do what's necessary to kick the Kremlin's troops out of their borders and sooner rather than later to reduce the suffering.

Much of our attention is focused on the Harris/ Trump presidential race but we should all be concerned with the downballot races, too.

We need the Senate. Here are the most competitive races.

Montana, Jon Tester

Nevada, Jacky Rosen

Ohio, Sherrod Brown

Arizona, Ruben Gallego

Pennsylvania, Bob Casey

Wisconsin, Tammy Baldwin

Get involved with one or more.

Harris could win the presidency but lose the Senate, giving Republicans a veto over her agenda and judges:

On the situation in Lebanon and Israel, President Biden says: β€œMy team has been in constant contact with their counterparts, and we're working to deescalate in a way that allows people to return to their home safely.”

It would seem to me that the assault weapon wielder figured that the letter he wrote would only be necessary if he did not succeed and if he had of succeeded and evaded capture that it would have never even been read.

All of the money he's bandying about along with how much he attacked Trump over his Iran policies suggests that the IRGC may have been involved in radicalizing and recruiting him too.
