@Chigaze the heat pumps thing really surprised me. Big force-air heat pumps have been around for 30-40 years... A/C for even longer. It's very odd.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Umerov announced that a reform of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC) is in progress. Over the past year, mobilization rates in Ukraine have tripled. Currently, around 3.5 million Ukrainians have received electronic military registration documents through the "Reserve+" system, and 230,000 military personnel are using electronic services via the "Army+" platform.
