In one of the few legislative actions leading to a new bill getting passed in the House of Representatives in the 118th Congress, the House unanimously passed a bill on Friday that seeks to bolster former President Trump’s security.

per Lee Kovarsky - Trump's argument on Indictment Dismissal is completely wrong on at least 2 counts:
(1) SCOTUS did not hold that interactions with Pence were definitively immunized, it sent that issue back to the court below. (Trump will almost certainly lose this argument before Chutkan, since counting Electoral Votes isn't executive power, which SCOTUS noted in the body of the opinion.) ...
