@chris earlier even after the BCU collapse into a political black hole, I thought the NDP would still coast to a majority. Rustad having little appeal to urban voters.
Yet his declaration today to repeal Bill 44 (forced zoning density over municipal control) will get BC Cons a lot of traction - note he said nix about Bill 47 (towers around new transit stations - which developers love)
